Industrial strength

The server finally came back online after some pretty lengthy downtime. I apologize for what may have come across as ranting on my part. :) The servers came back on at approximatel 12:45PM, overall downtime was from 8:45 - 12:45 (about 4 hours) with the server hosting people identfying "hardware problems" as the root cause.

We're working on building out the Grazr infrastructure to make it much more industrial strength so this won't happen again.
